After having gotten myself again in a (although still slow) rythm and enjoying what I am doing, the next problems come up. No internet over the next days (the next 22 hours will still be safe), maybe even the next two weeks.
On a more positive note, after I rejected several bar jobs in the last days (I only got crap jobs offered) I took on a live in job today. I can’t say much about it except that it is a new bar-bistro in a small place called Meriden, near to Birmingham, UK. One more thing I do know is that they don’t have internet (yet) there. I will have to take care of my own connection. They don’t have a website either (yet) (nor has the village) (££££££££!).
So I will go over there tomorrow evening and start working on friday. Job description, no fucking idea, I do know they hired me as a bartender with ’some experience’. Since it’s a new object I’ll have the possibility to kick some ass and go for a position with responsabilities. Yup that’s me, best when competitive.
The next day(s) for me? Tomorrow packing loads of computerstuff and ‘the amp’. I will arrive around 7.00PM, so before I go to bed, everything will be built up again. Thursday sleep in, Tanqueray, Angostura and Tonic will help me tomorrow to sleep well.
Some days no posting and working on Xampp (hell no I can’t be bothered by a dialup connection, in that case rather no web for some days).
And let’s fucking hope the damn wether is better over there. Yes I am a dreamer.
