I can’t really believe how dumb sometimes I can be. Together with my colleague, today again we are working out quite heavily. Actually we work out every monday, wednesday and friday. But our problem seems rather to be that we behave like total muppets and aren’t really serious in how we work out.
Muppets in the best way, totally crazy. Instead of eating properly we just stick to our daily British Cuisine, and not something like 40% proteines, 40% carbs and 20% fat, no British cuisine is more like 70% fat and 30% whatever they could just find.
But worse even is how we work out. A programm? Who cares about that? We work out our way. One could say we behave like weenies as we only do series of 5 chin ups everytime, but therefore we do them all day long. Everytime we see each other, one of us raises hand like ‘Hi Five’ and we go to visit our bar, doing another series. Like total fools. When we started some weeks ago we did 50 pull ups in one day. Last friday we did 150.
Today, we are only at work since 3.5 hours and are already at 110. I mean… wtf?
Actually we were already wondering who was going to get injured first. Oh well it’ll be fine when my shoulder will be done.

Screw it. Do what you guys want. Who cares if it’s “correct” or not. It’s just an expression of you having a “good” time. Hey you already know what is the “right” way and the “wrong” way if you want to do it that way you will. Until then, eat bangers and mash, drink a pint, and get sloshed :D

Eh, it’s probably better to do it the way you are doing it then not doing anything at all and being a lazy fat ass.
When ever I focus and make a set routine I set myself up. I do better without set structure when it comes to exercise and food. I drop weight and exercise like crazy that way. I just lost 15 lbs without trying…like that. POOF. I have no idea what I did except stop following the diet the stupid nutritionist gave me.
