Gravatar seems to have reached his last days. No news anymore since 4 weeks, only problems (I already deactivated gravatars here). I guess money is the issue. So when is Google going to buy this service? Or at least release an API for Gmail Pictures?

I noticed that. I’ve been thinking about getting rid of them on my site too. Maybe going back to the favicons.

They seem to be back and running really smooth this time/right now.
