Am I Famous Now…

...I Am Perfect Except When I Lie

A Perfect day no NOT MINE!

April 22nd, 2006 by WebMatrix · 4 Made Me Smarter

Nobody understands my humour? Yes I did copy a popular template. Yes I changed some things to it. But I was too damn lazy to rewrite all the CSS-classes. And no I didn’t give any credit to the original coder, because it was the fucking default template. You only see it (still) in the title and link colours) anymore anyway.

A Perfect Day

Yes I did claim the credits, because the link in the footer is my fucking domain and as soon as I have some time I will set up that domain. Dammit. So finally time again for my own shit and to read some stuff. I am scared to open my feedreader. Actually I might just delete everything and try to keep up from now on again. EE kept me busy. The sucker photographer kept me busy. Eight damn hours of personal contact for a simple site. I wanted modern, he wanted old-fashioned. He wanted scrolling images on a black background. WTF?!?! [insert expletive emoticon here]. We argued, we argued more. I didn’t want to make his damn black scrolling film strip. I wanted lots of contrast but not in that fucking way. And last but not least I didn’t want any javascript. He won the colour battle. I won the scroll battle.

I think the result looks ok. Yup, that’s my style. My style when bored and old-fashioned is demanded. And hopefully he will finally give me that little blurb so I can put it on the homepage and finish his site. So like a pre-release, go visit my friend Lee’s new first website. Yes I know some things still need to be optimized for IE. And no script has been used, no java or no php-scripts to show previews or hover effects. All damn CSS. And the other designs are also on their way. Just a little more patience. I was busy k.

A Perfect Day, Distinctive Wedding Photography.

Mr Man-ners

This makes me think of Mr Man-ners. He won free webspace with a blog and design. He pissed me off towards the end. Asking/requiring too much. I was too fucking lazy to be bothered by the errors at the bottom and make the ‘quickies’ look better. But he reminded me that he doesn’t know how to get visitors and wants damn visitors. Watch out his design sucks (yes I made it) and he posts in bold. I should block bold in the admin panel I think. Here’s ya link William. ;)

Man. You have way too much going on. And far too demanding clients. If I ever act like that, tell me straight away won’t you?
