I finally did it and created my YMDB top list. Go blame HIM.
It was not an easy job as I would have to vote regularly to exactly determine #13-#20.
Not included, but movies I also watch regularly are (in random order and not limited to):

If anyone knows a good online service (other than frazy.com) where one can list his/her entire movie/music/books/whatever collection, please leave a comment. Click & add possibility, preferably with lots of AJAX (I don’t want to refresh my profile 4000 times!) and a very webby2.0′ish platform.
And I don’t mind uploading the occasional thumbnail, album art to make the collection look decent.

Good previous tips. Also for unlimited lists and interaction with your friends movie collections, try out http://www.moviecollectorplus.com. Has good web 2.0 AJAX functionality for fast and quick changes with minimal page loads. I started using it a couple of months ago and have been pleased with it.
